SUBJECT: This is our request for evacuation due to workplace needs.
EXPLANATIONS: 1- Pursuant to the lease agreement concluded between the defendant tenant and the client on …/…/…, the defendant, belonging to our client, … m² shop at … address … TL monthly. He rented it to pay rent.
2- The plaintiff client’s son has been residing in …….. for … years. … will definitely return to Turkey on …/…/… and will open a … shop in the mentioned shop.
3- Since the defendant has not yet vacated the property, even though an eviction notice was sent to him through a notary public due to the need for a workplace and the lease agreement has expired, it became necessary to file this eviction case.
LEGAL REASONS: Code of Obligations and other relevant legislation.
LEGAL EVIDENCE: Lease agreement dated …/…/…, notice, witness statements and all kinds of legal evidence when necessary.
