OUR EXPLANATIONS:
1-) Our client’s uncle, registered in the population registry as …, passed away on …/…/…
2-) Although the defendant, … …, obtained a certificate of inheritance as if he were the heir of the deceased … …, the defendant has no such relationship with the deceased as stated in the certificate of inheritance.
3-) For this reason, and since our client is the sole heir of the deceased, it has become necessary to file this lawsuit.
LEGAL GROUNDS: Article 4721 of the Turkish Penal Code Articles 1, 2, 5, 6, 19, 119 of Laws No. 598 and 6100
LEGAL EVIDENCE:
