EYT applications are made via e-Government or by submitting a petition to the SGK. The Law on Amending the Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Law No. 7438 dated 1.3.2023 and the Decree Law No. 375 for our citizens, known to the public as “Those Who have Reached Retirement Age (EYT)”, was published in the Official Gazette dated 3.3.2023 and entered into force. It is sufficient to apply to the Social Insurance Institution with an “Income / Monthly / Allowance Claim Document” after the issuance of the job termination declarations by their employers in order to be connected monthly to our insured persons who fulfill the requirements for eligibility for the old age pension within the scope of the regulation. The terms of the EIT are as follows:
SSK EYT Conditions:
Women: 5,000 days of premium payment, 20 years of service
Men: 5,000 days of premium payment, 25Women: 7,200 contribution days, 20 years of service
Men: 9,000 contribution days, 25 years of service
The law is valid for those who entered insurance on or before September 8, 1999.
Social Sciences pension fund Requirements:
For normal retirement, women require 20 years (7200 days) of service, and men require 25 years (9000partial retirement, 10 years (3600 days) of service and age 60.
