ASSIGNMENT CONDITIONS:

It declares, accepts and undertakes that it has irrevocably transferred and assigned the entire receivables of the Enforcement Directorate, which are subject to the enforcement enforcement proceedings files numbered …….. 2- The assignor declares, accepts and undertakes that he/she has a receivable from the addressee as stated above on the date of signing this contract, and that he/she has not previously assigned the receivable subject to assignment to another real or legal person and that there is no encumbrance such as a pledge or lien on it.
3- The assignor, with this assignment, born before the addressee mentioned above, ……… Enforcement Directorate ….. E. and …. He declares, accepts and undertakes that he has irrevocably transferred and assigned the receivable subject to the execution enforcement proceedings files no.
4- The assignor does not in any way guarantee to the assignee whether the receivables subject to assignment and therefore the enforcement proceedings files have the ability to collect. If the receivable cannot be collected from the addressees, the assignor does not and will not have any commitment or responsibility in this regard.
5- All responsibility and authority regarding the lawsuits and enforcement proceedings to be filed by the addressees or by the assignee against the addressees after the date of signature of this assignment agreement are transferred to the assignee, and the expenses that may arise due to all kinds of lawsuits and pursuits will remain with the Assignor.
6- The parties declare and accept that Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in case of any dispute that may arise between the parties due to the implementation of this agreement, and that this article is a jurisdiction agreement.
7- All notary expenses, fees and similar expenses incurred for this contract will be paid by the assignee.
8- This receivables assignment agreement consists of 8 (eight) articles and was signed by the parties on …./……../2015.
