1-My client’s father, A.D., passed away on …/…/…. After his death, during the cleaning and tidying of his home, a will was found that he had written and signed in his own handwriting while he was still alive.
2-The aforementioned will is submitted to your court as an attachment to this petition. It has become necessary to request that it be read aloud in the presence of the heirs and other interested parties to be summoned and that a certified copy be served on the interested parties.
LEGAL BASIS: Code of Civil Procedure, Turkish Civil Code and relevant legislation.
