SUBJECT: This is our petition requesting protective measures pursuant to the Law on the Protection of the Family and Prevention of Violence Against Women.
OUR EXPLANATIONS
1-) My client, … …, resides at the address … … …, which is their family home, together with … … …, whom she married on …/…/…. My client’s spouse, … …, is a technician and works in the radiology department of … hospital.
2-) My client’s spouse, … …, is trying to prevent my client from meeting with her brother, … …, due to a dispute between them, and when she cannot prevent it, she resorts to using violence against my client. Following the violent incidents, our client, who stayed for a while at her mother’s house at the address … … …, is being harassed by her husband, …, there as well, endangering her life and making it unbearable.
3-) For the reasons explained above, it has become necessary to apply to your court to ensure that the measures stipulated in Article 4 of Law No. 6284 on the Protection of the Family are taken.
