Identity information of the worker (Labor Law Article 75),
Employment declaration (506 page SSK. article 9),
Work permit for foreign workers (Law no. 4817)
If there is employment under an indefinite-term employment contract with a minimum and maximum period of one year or more, a copy of it (Labour Law, Article 8/2)
If there is employment with a fixed-term employment contract, a copy of it (Labour Law, Article 11)
If there is on-call work, a copy of the contract (Labour Law, Article 14)
If a written employment contract has not been made, the employee must be notified within two months at the latest after being hired.
A copy of the “written document containing the working conditions” that must be given, with the employee’s annotation and signature showing that he/she has received this document (Labor Law, Article 8/3).
A copy of the “wage account slip” signed by the worker, which must be given to the worker every month (Labor Law Article 37),
Certificates of approval to work with extra hours received from the worker (Labor Law Article 41),
In cases where there is no provision in the contract, certificates of approval to work on National Holidays and General Holidays received from the worker (Labour Law, Article 44),
Mandatory doctor’s report for workers who will be employed in heavy and dangerous work (Labour Law, Article 86),
Mandatory medical report to be obtained before employing children of working age (Labor Code Art. 87),
Control examination reports showing that there is no obstacle to the compulsory work attendance at certain periods for those who work in heavy and dangerous jobs and for children (Labor Code Articles 86 and 87),
Doctor’s approval is required if pregnant women work up to three weeks before giving birth (Labour Law, Article 74/1),
Doctor’s report showing that pre- and post-natal leaves should be increased (Labor Law, Article 74/2),
Leave registration document showing the annual paid leaves and bearing the signature of the employee (Labor Code article 56/last),
A copy of the “employment document” that must be given to the worker when the employment contract ends, and a proof document showing that the document has been given to the worker and bearing the signature of the worker (Labor Law Article 28),
Declaration of Dismissal (IAB), which must be given in accordance with the Unemployment Insurance Law (4447 p. ISK. art. 48/4).
