FACTS : 1- The client ………. and the defendant ……….. got engaged about 1 year ago. Although their relationship during the engagement period was very good, the defendant has notified the client that he broke off the engagement about a month ago without any reason and without any justification.
2- Both during the engagement ceremony and during the engagement period, my client gave the items listed below to the defendant as engagement gifts. However, despite the verbal requests of my client, the defendant refused to return the engagement gifts in question, so the need to file this lawsuit arose.
