FACTS : 1- The defendant’s property in the location of ……., registered under the parcel number ……, block …….. of the title deed, and the defendant’s property in the same location border each other.
2- The boundaries do not reflect the reality because the lands have entered each other as a result of landslides.
In order to redetermine the boundary between the said immovables, it has become necessary to file this lawsuit.
