EVENTS : 1- The plaintiff belongs to the client, the deed ….. ada,…… the defendant built the real estate registered in the parcel number using his own materials.
2- The defendant spontaneously made this construction without the knowledge and permission of the plaintiff client.
3- Since the demolition of the building did not cause much damage, we demand that the land be cleaned and the plaintiff’s materials be taken down by demolition.
For this reason, the opening of this case has been mandatory.
