SUBJECT OF REQUEST : It consists of presenting our objections regarding the signature.
FACTS : 1- Due to my client B’s inability to pay his ……. (…..) TL debt to A, …….. An execution proceeding with …../…. principal number was initiated from the Enforcement Directorate and a payment order was sent. My client received the said payment order two days ago.
2- However, the signature on the bond subject to the enforcement proceedings does not belong to my client B. In this respect, we submit our objections regarding the signature within the legal period.
3- I request that these objections regarding the signature be accepted and a copy of them be notified to the creditor and the enforcement proceedings initiated against my client be stopped.
