SUBJECT : It is about my request to be sent to another closed prison close to my family.
EXPLANATIONS
1- I am currently serving a sentence in ………. closed prison.
2- I had previously submitted a petition in the context of having closer contact. With my sister and my relatives in ……, as they were unable to visit me due to their old age. Although this request was approved. By the High Ministry for my transfer to …… Prison, my transfer could not be made due to the full capacity of this prison.
3- I respectfully request your high appreciation for my transfer to …………………. prisons, if deemed appropriate. By the Ministry, provided that the transfer expenses are covered by me.
