FACTS : 1- While the plaintiff was married to the client’s brother ……………, ……………, as seen in the attached judgement, they divorced and the custody of their two daughters, one of whom was 3 and the other 2 years old, was given to their mother. The mother took care of the children for a short period of about 6 months and then left the children at the house of the client, who was her uncle, and fled to Antalya.
2- After the divorce case. The client’s brother and the father of the children, …………., died in a traffic accident, and the mother went abroad with a tourist she met in Antalya and has not been heard from for a long time.
3- As the client is the uncle of the children, he has been taking care of the children for the last two years, but he has been facing some legal problems because he is not the legal representative of the children. In this respect. It is necessary to appoint a guardian for the children. In order to eliminate these problems.
For these reasons, it has become necessary to file this lawsuit.
