FACTS : 1- The plaintiff client and the defendant were married on …./…./…… and two daughters were born in this marriage, one of whom is … years old and the other is …. years old.
2- The marriage union has recently become unbearable for my client as a result of the defendant’s misconduct. The said negativities have also negatively reflected on my client’s business life.
3- In order for my client to continue both her business life and her married life, it would be beneficial for the future of the marriage union for the parties to separate for a while and to recover themselves during this period.
For these reasons, it has become necessary to file this separation case.
