FACTS : 1- A traffic accident with material damage occurred on …….. as a result of the vehicle owned by my client … hitting the ………. plate vehicle under the management of …. from the left rear door while it was under the direction and management of my client, and this vehicle hit the vehicle belonging to the plaintiff parked in the future.
