2- The defendant developed drinking and gambling habits some time after his marriage, and since he did not have an income commensurate with this life. He started to steal.
3- This habit became fixed and the defendant started to be in and out of prison frequently for theft offences. Which made the marriage unbearable for the plaintiff.
