Since the newspaper dated …./…./….. insulted me through publication due to the case in which I fulfilled my duty as a lawyer, it has become necessary to apply to your prosecutor’s office in order to open a public case.
LEGAL GROUNDS : Article 279, 480/last of the Turkish Penal Code, Article 57 of the Attorneyship Law No. 1136, Article 16 of the Press Law
EVIDENCE : ……/…../…… dated newspaper etc.
CONCLUSION : Pursuant to Article 57 of the Attorneyship Law No. 1136, I request that a public case be opened.
