EXPLANATIONS :
The suspect worked at the client’s workplace for a period of time. During this period. He borrowed some money from the client but did not pay these borrowed money. Enforcement proceedings were initiated against the suspect for these monies sent. By the client through his bank account. There is a hostility between the client and the suspect due to this reason.

Due to these actions carried out by the suspect. The offence of insult regulated in Article 125 of the Turkish Penal Code and the offence of disturbing. The peace and tranquility of persons regulated. In Article 123 of the Turkish Penal Code have been committed.
