FACTS : 1- The defendant village encroaches on the pasture located at ……. between …… and …… villages in ….. province, …… district, ……. location, surrounded by ……. river to the east, ……. field to the west, ……. forest to the north and quarry to the south, and prevents the plaintiff village people, who are the original owners, from benefiting from it.
