WHAT IS AN EXECUTION LAW LAWYER?

WHAT ARE THE DUTIES OF AN EXECUTION LAW LAWYER?

The main purpose of the execution law is stated in Article 3 of the Law No. 5275 on the Execution of Criminal and Security Measures as follows: “The main purpose to be achieved by the execution of penalties and security measures is primarily to provide general and special prevention, to strengthen the factors preventing the convict from re-offending for this purpose, to protect the society against crime, to encourage the convict to re-socialise, to facilitate his adaptation to a productive and responsible lifestyle that respects laws, orders and social rules.” It is stated as follows. As it can be understood from the provision of the law, the main purpose of the law of execution is divided into two as repayment and prevention.
