FACTS : 1- The client’s father died on ……………. in ……………… hospital where he was being treated.
2- However, although it has been waited until today, the death record has not been transferred to the relevant population directorate, and when the hospital was applied, it was stated that the record was sent and there was nothing to be done.
For this reason, it has become compulsory to file this lawsuit in order to register the death of ……………., who is still alive although he is dead.
