FACTS : 1- Although the client ………….. is still alive, he was somehow registered as dead in the civil registry.
2- In order for the client, who learnt about this situation while applying for marriage procedures, to complete the marriage procedures and to use other civil rights, it was necessary to cancel the death record in the population.
For this reason, it has become necessary to file this lawsuit for the correction of the death record as alive.
LEGAL GROUNDS :
EVIDENCE : Population register, witness statement and all kinds of evidence.
CONCLUSION AND REQUEST : According to the reasons and evidence presented above, I request that our lawsuit be accepted and that the death record in the civil registry of the client be cancelled and that it be decided to be registered in the civil registry as alive.
