In the file whose principal number is given above, an execution proceeding was made to my client by way of execution without judgement and a payment order was sent. The notification was served to the mukhtar on the grounds that he was out of town. However, on the date of notification …/…/…., my client is performing his military service. Therefore, the notification made to him is irregular. My client became aware of the payment order (execution file) on ../../….. We submit our objections within the legal period.
