ISTANBUL BAR ASSOCIATION ANNOUNCED THAT A LAWSUIT WAS FILED WITH THE COUNCIL OF STATE FOR THE CANCELLATION OF THE CMK FEE TARIFF.
The Istanbul Bar Association filed a lawsuit with the Council of State for the cancellation and stay of execution of the 2023 tariff regarding the payments to be made to the defence counsel and attorneys appointed pursuant to the Criminal Procedure Law, which was prepared under the ‘Attorney Minimum Fee Tariff’ and published in the Official Gazette dated 29 December 2022 and numbered 32058.
