SUBJECT OF REQUEST: It is about our request to determine and increase the rent of the residence owned by the client.
INSTRUCTIONS
The Defendant C….. E…., the ownership of which belongs to the plaintiff client ………………………….. In the residence located at the address of Batıkent Yenimahalle Ankara, ../../…. he/she is living as a tenant in accordance with the lease agreement dated from the beginning (OCTOBER-1).
According to the contract concluded between the parties, the defendant pays TL 000 dec00 per month as the rental price of the rented housing since the beginning of the contract date. However, this value remains below its precedent and fair values when considering today’s market by the client../../…. The defendant has been informed that the rental price will be increased with the dated notice (OCTOBER-2).
Although the notice of warning has been notified to the defendant, the defendant has declared that he will not pay this price; he has not accepted the price increase. However, it is clear that this increase is usual and necessary given the conditions such as today’s money market, the location of housing, and the increase in value. It is not acceptable for the client to keep the rental price the same.
As a result, given the changes in the purchasing power of money in today’s economic conditions and other reasons that we have mentioned, there was a need to request that the rental price be re-determined by your Court and decided to increase it at this rate.
