SUBJECT OF THE REQUEST: It consists of our request to punish the suspect who made an unrequited check in accordance with his debt to the client and to make a protection decision about him.

By serial number of a branch of a …Bank …in accordance with the debt owed to the client, ../../….a check with a value of 000.00 TL, dated on the expedition and located on the expedition, has been discovered. With this check, the subject of the complaint, the client has been granted the title of creditor.
It was seen that the part of TL 000.00 was gratuitous when the client submitted the check to the bank during this check period; a comment was made on the back of the check that it was gratuitous.
