Ankara 33.Executive Directorate (MTS Tracking System) Payment order dated 18.06.2021, issued within the scope of file No. 2021/12345, was notified by me on 19.06.2021; My objections to the payment order (OBJECTION to DEBT) within the legal period are submitted with this petition, I request that the unfair and legally unfounded pursuit be stopped and decided on cancellation.
GROUNDS FOR OBJECTION
The debt alleged to be caused by the invoice dated 0000123456789 dated 20.01.2021 submitted by the creditor to the execution file is unfair and legal, it lacks a basis, as well as the reason and reason why it was issued is an unspecified invoice.
