SUBJECT OF THE REQUEST: It consists of our request that the debtor who violates his commitment to the client be punished with a prison sentence.
INSTRUCTIONS
The debtor is C…. D…’s client is A…. After he does not pay his debt to B…, we are in Ankara ….Executive Directorate ‘s 2021/….. Enforcement proceedings have been initiated through the main numbered file (ANNEX-1).
Upon completion of the said follow-up, the debtor has committed to pay the debt for a period to be determined in the presence of the executive director and with our consent. Accordingly, the debtor ../../…. He has committed to pay his debt by paying TL 000.00 per month from the date. This commitment offer has been accepted by us by sending the acceptance memorandum (ANNEX-2) to the borrower.
