I was called as a witness by your court for the case I mentioned the main number of above. Due to my health problems, I will have surgery at Okmeydanı State Hospital on 25/08/2015, which is the date of the trial. Therefore, it is not possible for me to be present before the court on the day and time of the hearing where I was called as a witness. I would like to request that my alibi be accepted and my witness statement be received on the next hearing day.
