A probate decree is a legal document requested from a Magistrate’s Court or Notaries in order to determine who the heirs are in the event of the death of a person, indicating the heirs and their rights. In case of death, it is indicated in this document who the heirs of the heir are, who has the right to inherit. As heirs mentioned in the inheritance decree, they are entitled to a share of the inheritance of the heir (deceased person), unless otherwise.

In the inheritance decree, along with the heirs, the relative rights of the heirs are included. This ratio is of great importance in the distribution of goods. For example, an immovable property is available in the title deed and this real estate is divided into heirs in accordance with the rate specified in the probate decree, or the money available in the bank of the testator is also divided into heirs at the rate specified
