1. In the expropriation, valuation, and registration case under file number …/ … E. before your court, the expert panel conducting the examination reiterated the points stated by the plaintiff in their petition and included them directly in their report.
2. The report was written without sufficient research and examination and contains calculation errors. Therefore, the report does not reflect the truth. Consequently, it cannot serve as a basis for the court’s decision.
3. In light of the reasons explained above, it has become necessary for the defendant’s attorney to object to the expert report in question and request that a new expert panel conduct an examination and obtain a new report.
