EXPLANATIONS: 1- Defendant tenant, belonging to our client and …. He lives as a tenant in the flat located at …/…/… in accordance with the lease agreement with the starting date and currently pays a monthly rent of … TL.
2- Our client’s daughter … …, … divorced her husband with the decision of the Family Court numbered …/… and had to take shelter in our client with her child. The client’s daughter is in a difficult situation and still needs housing.
3- The client notified the defendant that our client needed the real estate rented to the defendant. However, he did not receive any response.
LEGAL REASONS: Code of Obligations, other relevant legislation.
LEGAL EVIDENCE: Lease agreement dated …/…/…, notice, divorce decree copy, witness statements and all kinds of legal evidence when necessary.
CONCLUSION AND REQUEST: For the reasons explained above, we respectfully and hereby submit and request that it be decided to evict the rented property where the defendant is living as a tenant and to charge the defendant with the litigation expenses.
