SUBJECT: This is our request for eviction due to the tenant’s default.
EXPLANATIONS: 1- The defendant tenant belongs to the client and …. He lives as a tenant in the flat located at …/…/… in accordance with the lease agreement with the starting date and currently pays a monthly rent of … TL.
2- In the rental agreement made between the defendant and the client, the rental fees are paid between … and … days of each month at ……….. Bank ……. It was decided to deposit it to the account at the branch. However, the defendant’s … year …. Due to failure to deposit the rent for the month to the relevant account on the dates specified in the contract, regarding the payment of the delayed rent…. A warning letter was sent to the defendant through the notary office on …/…/…, and it was notified that if he did not pay the rent within 30 days from the date of notification of the notice, he would be deemed to be in default in accordance with the Code of Obligations and an eviction lawsuit would be filed against him. Despite this, the rent in question was not paid by the defendant.
