I hereby declare, accept, and undertake that I will vacate the property at the address written above, which I am currently using as a tenant, unconditionally and without any notice or warning, in accordance with Articles 350, 351, and 352 of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, on the eviction date written above, under the terms written in the lease agreement dated 01/05/2018, and that I will pay all expenses incurred by the aforementioned sub-lessor in initiating enforcement proceedings and all damages suffered due to my delay in vacating the premises, in cash and in advance, without the need for any notice, warning, or court order. 06.09.2015
