LEASE AGREEMENT
According to the Income Tax Law: Merchants, Self-Employed Professionals and Farmers, Commercial, Tenants will deduct withholding tax from rental payments related to their professional and agricultural activities at the rates specified by law and deposit it with the tax office.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
1) The tenant fully accepts and undertakes to comply with the Condominium Law.
2) The tenant may not transfer or assign the rented property, in whole or in part, to another party.
3) The tenant may not make alterations to the rented property without the knowledge and permission of the landlord.
4) The tenant undertakes to pay the rent in advance each month, no later than the first …………………………. day of the month to which it belongs.
5) The tenant hereby accepts and undertakes to increase the rent by %………… according to ……………………………………………………………………………… at the end of the contract.
6) Electricity, water, natural gas, heating, apartment expenses, and environmental cleaning tax are the responsibility of the tenant.

15) All expenses and debts incurred after the contract date belong to the tenant.
16) Withholding tax to be levied on the rented property belongs to the tenant.
17) If the rent is not paid for two consecutive months within the same period, the rent for the period from the unpaid month until the end of the contract term becomes due and payable, and this situation is accepted in advance by the tenant as a reason for the eviction of the property.
18) The guarantor’s guarantee is joint and several, and the guarantor declares and accepts and undertakes with their signature that the guarantee will remain valid for the rental period and the specified period as of the initial contract date.
