Pursuant to the provisions of Article 231 of the Criminal Procedure Code No. 5271; if no new intentional crime is committed within the probation period and the obligations regarding the supervised release measure are complied with, the judgment whose pronouncement was suspended shall be annulled, and a decision for the dismissal of the case shall be rendered.
Within this framework, our client has not committed any crime during the five-year period and has complied with the obligations regarding the supervised release measure.
