1-) Our client purchased the immovable property registered in the land registry on …/…/… address, … island, … parcel.
2) After the sale transactions were completed at the land registry office, our client moved out of the house he had been renting at ….. ….. for 5 years and moved to his newly purchased house at …. …..
3) After the move was completed, our client had to urgently travel abroad due to business, and he missed the deadline to notify the Population Registry Office of his new address within 20 working days, as stipulated in Article 51 of the Population Services Law No. 5490. (Appendix-1) Furthermore, our client is single and lives alone, so there was no need for any family member to make the notification.
