FACTS : 1- Against the defendant ……………….. Family Court on …./…./…… on ……/…… with the file numbered ……/……, but after hearing the parties, the court ruled not for divorce, but for separation of the parties for one year.
2- More than 1 year has passed since the finalisation of the separation decision, and despite the insistence of their relatives, the parties have not come together and have declared that it is not possible for them to come together in the future.
