EXPLANATIONS:
The owner and address of the dwelling subject to the notice must be specified. The start date, duration and rental price of the lease agreement should be written. It should be stated that the tenant is still residing in the described dwelling. The notice must be addressed to the tenant. For example, it should be written as ‘You have been residing since ….’. The language of the notice must be plain and understandable.
The reason for sending the notice is explained. This part should be explained in detail. For example, if the notice is sent because the tenant has not paid the rent or because the house is needed, this situation is explained and justified. Legislative provisions on the subject are also added.
RESULT OF THE REQUEST:
Based on the justifications put forward, demands such as the tenant’s eviction or payment of the rent are put forward. If there is an expected date for these, this date is also indicated.
