EYT applications are made via e-Government or by submitting a petition to SGK. The Law on the Amendment of the Social Security and General Health Insurance Law dated 1.3.2023 and numbered 7438 and the Decree Law No. 375 dated 3.3.2023 entered into force after being published in the Official Gazette dated 3.3.2023. Within the scope of the regulation, it is sufficient to apply to the Social Insurance Institution with the ‘Income / Monthly / Allowance Request Document’ after the employment termination declarations are submitted by their employers in order to provide a pension to our insured who fulfil the conditions to qualify for old age pension. EYT conditions are as follows:
SSK EYT Conditions:
Women: 5 thousand premium days, 20 years of service
Men 5 thousand premium days, 25 years of service
Bağkur EYT Conditions:
Women: 7,200 premium days, 20 years of service
Men 9 thousand premium days, 25 years of service
The law applies to those who entered insurance on or before 8 September 1999.
Pension Fund EYT Conditions:
In normal retirement, women 20 years (7200 days), men 25 years (9000 days) service
Female 20, Male 25 years of insurance period
10 years (3600 days) service and 60 years of age for partial retirement
