What is Hebrew?

First of all, it should be noted that the regulation related to Hebrew is included in the Turkish Code of Obligations numbered 6098. Turkish Code of Obligations 420. the subject of the Hebrew letter is included in the article and the relevant article of the law is given below.

Turkish Code of Obligations Article 420

The penalty condition imposed on service contracts only against the employee is invalid.

It is necessary that the release agreement regarding the employee’s pay from the employer is in writing, at least one month has elapsed since the expiration of the contract as of the release date, the type and amount of the release receivable are clearly stated, the payment is non-deficient compared to the amount of the right and is made through the bank. Release agreements or hebraame that do not carry these elements are definitely invalid.

Pay pay agreements that do not contain that the right has been paid in the actual amount or other payment documents containing the release declaration are in the form of receipts, limited to the amount they contain. Even in this case, it is mandatory that the payments are made through the bank.

The provisions of the second and third paragraphs also apply to all compensation receivables arising from the service contract, including those who are deprived of support and other relatives of the employee may request.

Based on the article of the law given above, we can define the release as the renunciation of the creditor’s receivables. In other words, hebrew is a document signed by an employee who has left work or whose employment contract has been terminated, declaring that he has received all his receivables from the employer, such as general leave, severance pay, and that he does not have any remaining receivables.
