SUBJECT OF THE LAWSUIT : It is a request for a separation decision to be made.
EVENTS : 1- Plaintiff client and defendant …./…./…… they got married on their date and this is someone in their marriage .. the other one at his age ….two daughters have been born, including an old one.
2- The marriage union has become unbearable for my client as a result of the defendant’s defective behavior recently. These negativities have also reflected negatively on my client’s business life.
3- In order for my client to continue both his business life and his married life, it will be useful for the parties to stay apart for a while and recover themselves during this time in terms of the future of the marriage union.
For these reasons, it has become necessary to open this business separation case.
