EVENTS : 1- The plaintiff is the client’s brother ……………, …………… while he was married, as can be seen from the attached decree, he divorced and custody of two girls, one of whom was 3 and the other was 2 years old, was given to his mother. Oct. Their mother took care of the children for a short period of time, about 6 months, and then left the children at the house of the client, who was their uncle, and fled to Antalya.
2- After the divorce case, the one who is the client’s brother and the father of the children …………. he died in a traffic accident, and his mother went abroad with a tourist she met in Antalya, and she hasn’t been heard from for a long time.
3- The client has been taking care of the children for the last two years due to the fact that he is the uncle of the children, but he is facing some legal problems due to the lack of a legal representative for the children. In this respect, it is necessary to appoint a guardian for children in order to eliminate these problems.
For these reasons, the obligation to open this case has arisen.
