FACTS : 1- The defendant has built a construction on the immovable property belonging to the plaintiff client, registered in the title deed ….., …… parcel number, using its own materials.
2- The defendant spontaneously built this construction without the knowledge and permission of the plaintiff client.
3- Since the demolition of the building does not cause much damage, we demand that the building be demolished, the land be cleaned and the plaintiff receive the materials.
For this reason, it has become compulsory to file this lawsuit.
