EVENTS : 1- The case, the deed …… island, …….. registered in the parcel number ……. the immovable property in the location and the immovable property of the defendant in the same place are boundaries to each other.
2- Due to the fact that the lands have entered each other as a result of the landslide, the borders do not reflect the reality.
In order to re-Decipher the border between the mentioned immovables, it has been mandatory to open this lawsuit.
