2- However, the heirs of the deceased are in possession of the said immovable property, and although they are aware of the will, they resist not to give it.
3- It has become compulsory. To file this lawsuit for the transfer of the title deed and possession of the aforementioned immovable.
4- We also request that an injunction be placed on the title deed to prevent the transfer of the immovable property.
