SUBJECT OF THE CASE : It consists of the request to decide on the collection of the costs falling to the independent section of the defendant.
FACTS : 1- The defendant is the owner of the flat numbered (X) of the apartment building on the immovable property numbered ………, …………… district, …………… neighbourhood, ……….. street, ……… block, parcel.
2- The defendant has not paid the apartment fee for 4 months. The monthly apartment fee for the defendant’s share is 150 TL. He has not paid this money although he has been notified several times.
Therefore, it has become necessary to file this lawsuit.
LEGAL GROUNDS :
EVIDENCE : Land registry, expert report, discovery and all kinds of legal evidence.
CONCLUSION AND REQUEST : For the reasons stated above, we respectfully request and demand that our lawsuit be accepted and the defendant’s four-month apartment fee corresponding to the defendant’s share be decided to be charged to the defendant for the collection of a total of 600 TL with interest and the judicial expenses and attorney’s fee.
