SUBJECT OF THE CASE : The request for the replacement of the administrators of the foundation.
FACTS : 1- According to the law, our institution, which is responsible and authorised to audit foundations, has determined that there are deviations from the purpose of the foundation.
2- Although the administrative board of the aforementioned foundation has been warned many times before, its contrary attitudes and behaviours continue. These behaviours deviate the foundation from its purpose and lead to arbitrary practices.
For these reasons. It has become compulsory to file this lawsuit in order to change the management of the foundation.
