FACTS : 1- A new land was formed with the landslide that occurred on …./…./….. from the immovable property belonging to the client in the ……………. location, registered in the …… island, …… parcel number of the title deed.
2- As it will be seen during the discovery to be made, it is not possible for the said broken piece to come from another land. This issue will also be proved by witness statements.
It has become compulsory to file this lawsuit for the determination and registration of the client’s right and ownership on the landslide.
