SUBJECT OF THE CASE : It consists of the request for the determination of the place of deposit of the rent money.
FACTS : 1- My client rented the house located at K. ……… Sk. No: …. and the house he still lives in ……. TL per month from the ……… Foundation. My client pays the rent to the foundation.
